Sutter North’s Advanced Dermatology and Laser Center is an all-inclusive, state-of-the-art facility designed to provide specialized medical and surgical care to patients with conditions of the skin, hair and nails. In addition to providing general dermatologic services to patients of the Yuba, Sutter and surrounding counties, our center specializes in dermatologic plastic surgery and the latest techniques of cosmetic laser surgery. An extensive array of innovative laser and cosmetic surgery procedures are offered. As one of the most established centers in the Yuba/Sutter area, our professional team of Donita Abangan, MD, Robert M. Peppercorn, MD, Foy W.
